Some educational systems emphasize the development of students' capacity fro reasoning and logical thinking, but students would benefit more from an education that also taught them to explore theri own emotions.
承认探索自己的情感有好处,可是学校教育不适合做情感教育。
开头:表面立场
B1:探索情感对于自己和社会都有好处
B2:以学校为基础的教育系统不适合做情感教育,注重理性教育是本质。(eg:艺术学校)
B3:情感的探索来自生活的方方面面,是个人的问题。
结尾:
The speaker's assert that some of the educational systems undue weight the reasoning and logical thinking over exploration of emotion, for the education of emotion would benefit more. I concede that the exploration of emotion has its merit. At the same time, it’s a complexity issue that requires people has sensitive feelings and self-awareness. The condition in school's environment is inadequate for learning to explore people's emotions, though we can learn some surface.
To learn about the exploring of emotions is benefit for both individual and society. The exploring of emotions is about to understand ourselves. When we learn more about our emotion, we can find out where they are stern from, the change of our attitude it causes and the consequences they may lead to, that we can better control them and see though ourselves more clearly. Though the exploration we become more responsible and mature, then we can build our own value of the world. More over, the exploring of emotions is also about to discover the human nature deep inside, and leading people to go to the Brightside. To learn how to love and to cultivate the sympathy for others, it would help bring about a better society.
Nevertheless, to put the responsible of teaching exploring emotions on schools is inadequacy. Schools may deliver the sense of emotion exploring though some curriculums, like, philosophy, sociology, anthology and those humanities, but its not directly aiming the every individual’s personal feelings which can not simply be taught by one person on the stage in front of group students come from different background. Those curriculums just act as the reference for us. Emotion exploration is a subjective issue, while the reasoning and logical thinking is much more objective which are much more apt for education system to carry. We can take art school as an extreme example, for they are mostly be recognize to inspire student's emotion. However, in art schools, it's mostly the students themselves to explore emotion by their own and the school just to help to them to learn how to express them. They mostly teach students art theories and skills, and also how to run an art business. Those are in the realm of reasoning and logical thinking.
Therefore, the exploration of emotion is a complicated process, which should be involved in our whole life. It’s a process of self improving. We can learn to discover our soul in the religion we believed in, from the culture we involve, and the people around us. We also can learn from great thinker by reading their opus. The exploration of emotion is about to observe every single details in our hearts, to think deep, and then to develop our own system of value.
In sum, we can gain a lot from learning to explore our emotion. But schools are not a apt places to help us to do so. The exploration of emotion can largely be taught in every realm of our life, and it requires our insights. |
