学校要求出生证明，成绩单和文凭的公证件
1 是否所有的公证件都要求中英文两份?
2 出生证明是当地派出所开具的么？如果开具的是中文出生证明，是自己找翻译公司翻译成英文的然后去公证处公证，还是公证处本身就能帮忙翻译成英文的？
3 如果学校档案馆可以开具英文版的成绩单和文凭并盖章，这种情况下还需要去公证么？

所有这些东西都是签证用的吧？

公证件本来就是中英文对照的 所以只有一份 但一页是中文一页是英文
公证处可以做翻译 不需要你自己翻译
学校档案馆的那个不叫公证件 不可以用
但这些是用来签证的 不是用来申请的

If you do not have the original document, please attach a copy to your application and send us as soon as possible, the original document.

If you were born in a country other than Canada and have acquired Canadian citizenship , you must provide a copy of the front and back of your Canadian citizenship card .

If you acquired the permanent resident status , you must provide a copy of your Permanent Resident Card or Form IMM1000 or 5292. Signed and dated.

Transcripts and diplomas
Attach a copy of official transcripts from last school year and all subsequent years of study, academic or otherwise. Such statements must disclose detailed results of each of those years and a copy of diplomas obtained where appropriate and, where appropriate, examination results or competition sanctioning studies.

签证用的出生证明在国内就是从公证处取得，可携带出生证/独生子女证+户口簿办理

成绩单+学位学历证这个没啥好说的吧。
