No one will deny the fact that technological development leads us to a better life. The technological makes our daily life convenient and satisfied our desire, something like computer, robots help us do a plenty of work mobile phone making us close to each other. So providing a more space for scientists, a better life may appear. Yet, some restrictions for the technological is necessary .since we need a pacify surroundings and a sustained development.


One reason for my fundamental agreement with the speaker is that ,indeed, the non-stop scientific development brings us the unprecedented convenient and comfortable for our quotidian life. When you will have a travel to other places, plane will take the place of horse, or walking. When you feel cold or hot, the air-conditioner helps you solve this problem. When you need to search some information around the world, Internet will do you a favor to settle this issue. Shouldn’t this group of issues be converged into the advanced technology? Only with the sufficient fund supported by the government, can the idea or inventions made into practice. In addition, a broad imagination, which need a relaxed and unrestrained policy circumstance, makes great contribution to the extraordinary scientific research. Copernicus is the best illustration to the statement above. So the government should protect the truth—pursuing researches, and never restrict them. However, the absolutely unrestriction to the technological seems inappropriate. Since that is a double-edged sword for the whole society. and there are some researches do some harm to our daily lives. For instance, Antibiotic, a kind flooded with numerous violent movies and pornographic stories, and nuclear physics causes the widespread threat of the world’s security. Without the restriction from government, some negative may occur and threaten to us. So government should control some special technological to make a pacify and happiness environment for us.


Additionally, the restriction carried out by our government should be selectively. Government can hardly predict the value of a new research in the future. How can we convince The Wrigh Brothers would finally succeed in making an airplane under a world filled with contemption and laugh ? If the government invest for those projects with no result, it is a waste of time and as well as, a waste of money. Thus, in order to not waste our financial resource, our government have to think more about which of them are more worth giving financial support to .


To sum up, admittedly, a scientific research exists not only merits but also demerits. Government should take all of them into consideration and make a discreet decision, neither imposing too many restrains on it nor abandon it by itself.

Thus, in order to not waste our financial resource, our government have to think more about which of them are more worth [to] giving financial support  .

文章组织结构上还可以优化改进，赖特兄弟的例子很新颖，值得借鉴，但是作者在文中用的地方我觉得不太妥当（仅个人意见）
不过，能在短时间内写出到如此水平，已经不错了，我写issue常常要花好几个小时。
