With the development of democracy society, the modern law system has been set up. When it comes to whether we should obey just laws and disobey unjust laws, there are always a set of different opinions. How can we define a unjust law and disobey it? Admittedly, there exists just and unjust laws and we should obey just laws and disobey unjust laws, however, absurd consequences may happen if we hastily enact such proposal.
There is no doubt that, there exist unjust laws together with the just ones. We need laws, for basic needs, to ensure a save and piece society for people, which people's rights will be expected. Some totalitarian societies or governments, however, have some cruel and arbitrary laws, enforced by police free to arrest or punish people without a trail. Although heavy-armed force can provide a great deal of orders; we don't need such control, because it's provided by unjust laws. As a result of existence of just laws and unjust laws, we have to guarantee that we would not be harmed by unjust laws, and such proposal of obeying just laws and disobeying unjust laws is plausible. What's more, justice in action always starts from justice in concept.
Nevertheless, absurd consequences may take place if we implement such proposal without thorough consideration. First of all, difficulties lie in judgment we made to discriminate just and unjust laws. We might easily be confused by some facile phenomenon and possibly mistaken whether a law is just or unjust. What if we find a law is unjust in several aspects but just in major perspectives? Secondly, even if we have targeted a unjust law, what actions should be taken to disobey the unjust law? Do we need to break it down in no time? Absurd consequences might happen if we don't fix the difficulties or problems. Consequences in point are that we might mistake a just law with an unjust law; furthermore we obey the unjust laws and disobey the just laws. More badly, it might lead to anarchy.

By drawing an eclectic choice, we need to set up a clear definition of just laws and unjust laws. Laws against to crime ensure our enjoying of a save and piece environment. Laws' limitation of governments help to us avoiding being harmed by powerful organizations. Laws help improving our society, enriching public's benefit, living conditions and welfare. A just should have efforts on aspects mentioned above. We should furthermore build a system of amending unjust laws. 1787, the first Constitution was built. 1791, ten amendments was added to the Constitution to unsure human right. There have been twenty-seven amendments added to Constitution Until now, much more words than the initial. We might not necessary breaking the laws we considered unjust at first, a better way is to open out a close inspection and then we can find out if it can be fixed.
In sum, even though it is reasonable to obey just laws and disobey unjust laws in theoretical perspective, yet we still need to prepare a lot of things while we put such action into implementation. Literally, we should think carefully to define just and unjust laws and amending procedure of unjust laws.
