    It's fairly clear that each individual successful can't leave with out a group of people who bolster his career,and give crucial assisitant in his tough time.  The history is a mirror as we know ,each successful individual need a mirror to access  succcess,sometime this  group of people also do the work same as
mirror for this prominent individual ,so they can trim themself and discovery their defective ,ractify
it .
    I concede the individual it's self have some aptitude which facilitate his success .Their innate aptitude. their leadership ,their charismatic. Which make them refulgent in the longe history and immortality in history. But we must cocede their effulgent triumph
no only come from their individual itself,but come from their assistants ,come from their wife ,come from their entourages endeavor support,sincerity bolster it .as one of American president ronalde leagon own much of his political successful to his wife nancy ,and to the united state of american people who support his career .So individual successful can’t living with out the group of people.just like fish can’t living with out water
    I still know a story when Rothschild family make lot of money after the waterloo, he become the richest man in one night , the others people only thinking that he make money by his sagacity decision ,ut barely of people know that his important decision come fromhis intellcetual agent in european which he have a more efficient skinny transmition speed than the authority .  He know the alliance army has defeated Napoleon in waterloo. he sold out all of his Enlish national debt . Because he is so famous ,have a good reputation in business.  The other people think
the alliance army has been defeated. They sold out all of their English national debt ,the English national debt drastically plummet. Ironically .Nearly all of man do the same thing as he did .he suddenly .buy as must enlish national debt as possible. meanwhile ,the authority apprise come. the alliance battalion won the war. rothschild earn 200millions sterling at a single night. Today we still remember this story .But we can't know who tell rothschild this important skinny .We don't know his intellectual members.
   As our ancestor living in a era ,people gregarious live.individual itself can't fight against ferocious animal , They hunting animal together,fighting with animal of which is larger twice as much as each individual .  Thousands of year have past .we still remenber this axiomatic we can't achieve with out the other help. We still propagate how important solidarity is. eventhough the preminent man or women in the world ,around his or her ,have this group of people.otherwish ,they can't salient their individual capability.  We always say history is a longe river, we have so many things to do ,to accomplish our forebear task and mission.we can't only emphasis on individual ,but margin of the group of people around individual who facilitate individual success.
