Working In a largecompany also can help you learn many management skills that which can leadto your success in the future. Secondly,the reputation is another chief and head reason that I will put here.Nowadays, the most important thing that every company cares for is its ownreputation which can bring company them many customers and opportunities and thusmake high profits and achieve the success. That is the reason why so manypeople prefer to work in a big company. In this fiercely competitive society,good reputation means everything in the modern business. Workingin a larger company is superior, however, a small company also have someadvantages, such as every staffs in the company know each other very well. Tosum up, given reason discussed above, we can safely reach the conclusion thatworking in a large company is better than working in a small company. In fact,not only do I prefer to working in a large company, but also prefer to be in acompany as large as possible.
