Do you think that young people should take several different kinds of job before they take a career in a long term?


The selection of one's career seems to be an important step of their whole life.Nowadays,almost young people faced the extremely dramatic competition from the rapid development of the community.Under this situation,each selection means a bet to them which was same as the opportunity costs.Actually because of that,young people should be carefully of making decision.As a result,I strongly suggested that they ought to try different job before enter a career for a long term.



Firstly,we will embrace various capacity from trying different job.I concede that many experts shown disagreement with this opinion.They argue that numerous attempt would cause the waste of time and energy.However I have to say this part of time can not be equal to the action of waste.During this period,they can improve their working ability and specific knowledge form different aspects.Such as,to be a shop assistant,It can practice one's communicate ability which used to understand and meet the need of each customers.Also when they introduced their product to the customer,they should be familiar with the attribution,function and feature of goods.By doing this,they could acquire expansion of knowledge and broader horizon.



Another advantage of those attempt will bring about is the precious experience.Nothing better than than the first-hand experience when we mentioned about the excellent experience.It will lead them to explore the general and detailed part of the job.For example,the father of the scientific management theory,Taylor Frederick.,before he became a line manager,he had worked at the producing line.Through the operation of himself,he find out where the line need to adjust in order to increase the quantity of the products.In the same time,he could consider about the mental thoughts of the worker and execute the policy which made most worker willing to support him and work with subjective efforts.So without the time of trying different job,they could not obtain the precise and realistic information.By holding this opinion,I believed that the process of doing different job could be named by learning which can demonstrate the knowledge distinct with any universities and colleges.



Certainly,It concluded many other merits.One of them which I found it is useful for young people is that to help them discover their true interesting.As we all known,interest of a job is the biggest motivation of grasping the achievement.When we research or operate an task,the interesting will provide endless energy and passion to you.For instance,Bill Gates,the significant factor of his success was his frantic interest of computer science.



In a word,we should encourage young people to try different job.It not only means a decision.It is more likely a spirit of challenge.Because they are young and energetic.They can do this without hesitated.When the perfect selection appears,please just grab it and moving to the success.
