刚刚收到宾大的e-mail，请教各位这算是PHD AD么？怎么里面的年份都写的是去年的2010？没提钱的事儿

I am delighted to inform you of your admission to the School of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Pennsylvania. As you know, this program is very competitive and I congratulate you on your academic accomplishments.
This offer of admission is conditional based on your participation in and successful completion of a four-week English for Engineers (EFE) course offered by Penn Engineering. The dates for the 2010 EFE course will be August 2, 2010 through August 27, 2010. There is no cost for this program.
I encourage you to accept our offer of admission by completing the Admission Decision Enrollment Form online.
To ensure your place in the EFE course you are required to complete and return the EFE Enrollment form that will be emailed directly to you shortly. This email will also contain detailed information about this course. The deadline for submitting the EFE enrollment form is June 1, 2010. However, in order to facilitate your student visa process, we recommend that you submit these forms as soon as possible.
