I wasn't actually looking for Master's students since I do not have funding for at the Master's level; however, I can consider you if you have external funding. This has to be from a goverment source or a verifiable company.

Do either of these apply to your situation?

你请教怎么回复起码把你自己的情况说说吧，一般国内学生能拿到的就是csc，看你有没有申请有没有资格，如果没有的话，你就回复没有。
同样，如果你能接受自费，就问他如果你自己能support自己，他能否考虑接受你，自己只需要以后申请个ta就好。
