意思是说20个人分成n个组，每个人只能在一个组，而且任一组的人数不能比其它的组的人数多1人以上。问如果至少有一组的人数为3，问n的大小？

据题意，任何2组之间的人数要么相同，要么相差为1。
故至少有一组人数为3时，其他组必为2、2、2、2、3、3、3或者3、3、3、4、4，有n=8或者6计2种情况，无法与6比较大小，选D
