Although it is easy to respond positively to the work of another person or group, it is far more worthwhile to give negative feedback.

The speaker asserts that giving negative feedback toward the work of another person or group is more worthwhile than giving positive respond, which is easy although. In my view, the positive and negative feedbacks are all important and worthwhile to the work of another person or group, and in some respects positive responds are more significant.
First, I want to point out that either positive feedback or negative feedback is not easy to respond toward the work. It requires us actually to be familiar with the field of the work of another person or group, otherwise the feedback may make the work worse even do harm to the society. For example, in the realm of the society, if we should give some advices to the new policy which was just built, we must first put the research on this society with several respects: culture, history, technology, economy, education, and so on. Based on these respects, we may give some positive feedbacks or negative feedbacks on the policy; otherwise the feedbacks are unbelievable, even wrong. Anymore, when we talk about a sculpture, we must consider not only the sculptor's background but also the sculpture's time and the sculpture’s tools so that we may understand the purpose of the sculptor and put the positive feedback or negative feedback on this sculpture.  
Second, both positive and negative feedbacks are worthwhile to the work of another person or group. Too much positive feedback can let person proud and too much feedback would draw people discourage. In the world, nothing is no stain and different people have distinctive opinions toward the same incident. For a student who just begins to study playing the violin, the teacher should give more positive feedback than negative feedback to the student so as to give his or her courage to play better. If in this time teacher give to much negative feedback to the student, the result mostly brings on that the student give up playing the violin. When coming to the exhibition of the art, the professional feedback positively can help layperson to understand the meaning of the art. And the professional negative feedback can help artist to improve the quality of the art.
Finally, feedback is worthwhile for all of the work, because only feedback, of course, can give the improvement in the work. The feedback in the realm of technology can make the machine more effective and safer; feedback can make the policy more perfect result in strengthen the power; feedback can also make society more satisfying and stabler.
To the conclusion, giving the positive or negative feedback to the work of another person or group is not easy which need knowledge in many fields. At the same time feedback whether it is positive or negative is important to the work, and too much positive feedback or negative feedback is harmful for the work, even the person or the group.

第二段你先否定了第一句话，我是有听国外的朋友说国外的issue写法是先否定论据，但是这第一句话好像不是论据，所以我想第二段没有什么必要。
另外这篇的重点是应该讨论哪个more worthwhile，你的论点是都worthwhile，那第三段的论述似乎过于简单了，而第四段好像对于论证没有什么用处～

这好像是issue240呀。
我认为这篇文章不应该花太多的笔墨强调那个easy上，这里的it is easy to respond positively to the work of another person or group应该说的是people tend to respond positively. 这使你前面的那一大段内容显得不是很切题。

另外你在论述positive 和negative feedback的时候，论述显得不够充分，读起来让人感觉过分中庸了，宾且论述得不深刻，在论述了两者的好坏后，我认为应该有一段来阐述你的看法，给出一个具体的解决办法（比如说看什么人说什么话呀， 或是说在作出response时一定要sincere等等）

其实我也是菜鸟，仅仅发表个人看法，望大家一起讨论。

我也觉得本文重点应该是正面或负面的评价哪一个more worthwhile to another person or group。
第四段好像论述的是feedback的重要性，我觉得是不是偏题了。
