Network is to people what water is to fish.需要调整语序 However, to keep a relationship 什么样的relationship is not easy. Some unintended action words may ruin our fragile friendship. If I were asked whether I will say something unpleasant or keep silent toward a person who I cannot say anything kind about him or her, I would definitely speak what I want to say directly, because it is better to let the person know his or her condition.



Those who hold that we should keep silence when we cannot find any merit about a person may have two possible reasons. For one thing, telling or warning a person that what he or she is doing is wrong is rude. -->(it is rude to stop somebody giving up. )The impolite behavior may let the person embarrassed (People would feel awkward when facing such impolite behaviors  )in public. For another thing, if someone refuses what other people commend on them, they may break up because of this.删 Thus, that is the two meaningless reasons for why people guess it is better to keep silence than say something unpleasant.（Due to these two reasons, people tend to keep slience rather than say awful words ） Can we draw a telling conclusion that it is this superficial perspective that totally narrows people’s scope and barricades people’s steps?

As for me, I am open to any comments people give to me, anything nice or undesirable. In return, I prefer to point out whatever unsatisfied drawbacks other people have. As far as I am concerned, those unpleasant words provide you a golden opportunity to introspect you shelf, improve yourself and build up moral personality. Suppose, one is forever hearing pleased word and welcomed by others, one will satisfied with one’s current situation, thus making it impossible to make any progress. Criticism is sometimes unpleasant and unacceptable, yet it is this that forces people to make a wiser judgment and acquire more knowledge to adapt them to this ever-accelerated society. In this way, people’s drawbacks are founded and moral personalities are built up.

Indeed, it is even more desirable and appealing for our society if people can do speech freedom. The rigorous opposition about race discrimination is the main reason for the outbreak of Civil War and has laid a solid foundation on cultural diversity which boomed our values and life experience. The serious refutation about education inequality between men and women promote the education revolution and the dream that differences should be respected and misunderstanding should be eliminated is no longer a “Mission Impossible”. That is why deputies to the people’s congress must collect citizens’ opinion about the country. Everyone knows that it is harmful to be self-satisfied. Thus, to make the residents of a country live happily and a country prosperous, government will be always democratic.

As claims and evidences listed above, I strongly recommended people speak what I want to say directly.
