The success of ateam depends on the effort made by every teammate. Although the harmony andunity in a team is very crucial to its success, I am strongly against theopinion that different views cannot achieve success as team. On contrary, Iconsider different views as an indispensible factor to a team's success.


First of all, oneof the prominent advantage of teamwork is the inspiration generates from everyteam member, which motivates the whole team to get more fancy ideas. When I wasdoing an intern in an advertising company last summer, I worked in a creationgroup with another 4 teammates together. The main task for us was to thinkabout creative ideas for the promotion of a certain product. The process of theassignment, which is (was?) called brainstorming, is (was?) challenging as well as exciting.Although our opinions were unlike, we never tended to criticize others.Instead, inspiration and new ideas generate through the process of expressingourselves and persuading others. Every single word may stimulate new ideas andlead to further discussion, and when this situation repeated over and overagain, our target was clearer and clearer (more and more clearer) . Finally, our team received manycompliments from both colleagues and boss.


However, if a teamis holding the same view, progress can hardly be made. The same opinion, whichis seemingly harmonic, thwarts the development of the team in fact. Lackingdeep consideration and active thinking, agreement is always reached too easily.Without passion and energy, the perspective for a team is quite dim, not tomention the possibility of success. (这里能加一句different views做对比就更好了)


Since teammateshave different opinions, hardly could we avoid deadlock or even quarrels.However, these little problems can be solved as long as there is a responsibleteam leader and every team member is for the sake of the team. Moreover,sometimes quarrels can contribute to better understanding of each team member,thus leading to a better situation for future cooperation.


To sum up, insteadof impeding the success of team, various views may contribute to a team’ssuccess.



文章几乎没有语法和单词问题，思路清晰，有功底。唯一能提一提的就是虽然例子确实是本人身上的事情，可以不以第一人称角度来说，阐述成一个第三人称的角度可能更具普遍性。文章值得学习，加油
