题目是：Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? The bestway to improve the quality of education in a country is to increase teachers’salaries.

写着写着突然有种Argument的感觉，求指教，这样的结构可以用在托福里吗？非常感谢！！


正文如下：
Admittedly teacher plays an essential role in the education. And the ability and enthusiasm of teachers directly affectthe quality of education. However, I don’t see that increasing salaries is the best way to improve the enthusiasm of teachers, not to say enhancing thequality of education.

There are ways other than increasing salaries that can improve the quality of teachers, such as adding vacations and providing extra society welfare. Even though money did give much motion toteacher, the salary would have a threshold. When the salary is higher than thethreshold, increasing salary wouldn’t appeal teacher as before. Teacher would pursueother things over money. They may want vacations to stay with family or better society welfare that can keep life stable.

Even if the quality of teachers can be improved, the quality of education may not be increased. Because the quality of education also be decided by other aspects. For example, the education aids facilities are important in education. The advanced facilities, such ascomputers, projectors and internet system, can make the teaching more lively and effective. Students can have a directly impression of the things to belearnt and teacher can make the teaching process more flexible.

What’s more, the structure of education also greatly affects the final quality. In a stiffly education system, everything the teacher talk have been specified and specific exam should be taken forstudents evaluation. If this is true, the instinctive and originality of students will be harmed and the quality of education is decreased. So having a proper structure of education also has great important to the quality of education.

To ensure the quality of education, we shouldnot only improve the quality of teachers, but also focus on the structure orfacilities. And only by considering all of these factors and combine with thereal situation, can a best solution be found to improve the quality the education.
