题目：Do you agree or disagree with the following statement It is often not a good to move to a new city or country, for we may lost our old friends. it is a good thing to move to a new city or new country because of lost of old fiends? It is a question facing almost every teenager when we want to become independent. To analyze this question, we should think systematically and comprehensively. In a sense, I concede that moving to a new city or new country, we may have to potential to lose contact with some old friend. However, I believe at least for it is good to move to new city and new countries which had more and better opportunities. First and foremost , there is no denying that it would be more difficult to keep contact with old friendn when you move to new cities or countries. For we may not see our parents everyday morning, we may not go to school with  boys and girls who live in neibougher,  we may not have classes with good friends. We don't share the same friends any more, we don't know what other's life are like, are they busy or idle, are they happy or sad. As time goes by, we may not be as intimate as we were before. Despite the analysis above, however, I believe it is worth for me to move to new city or country which can provide a wider stage for me to pursue my dream there. My decision is based on three factors. First, more developed countries and cities can provide us better life and  more chance for me to success. In big cities and more developed countries, the society is stable and the market is mature, and it provide more opportunities for those who have great talent. For student, they can get better education here and have access into top universities to further their education, for workers , they have more access for higher paid jobs. What's more, in more developed area citizens are commonly well educated and the society is more tolerant. Second, live in another environment you can experience another culture or custom, you can make friends with people who have different background with you and even speak a different language. You can taste  the delicious local food there, and visit monuments and resorts. All of them would enrich your life experience and give you a better understanding of the world you live in. Third, as the development of the communicational tools and the electronic technics, we would not neccesarily lose connection with our old friends. With the wide use of computer and Internet, we may chat with friends who are thousands of miles away from us. We can make telephone call to them at any time. with these tools and devices we can never let our friendship fade away , and we may feel like we have never left. In sum, despite that sometime we may lose some time to stay with our old friend when live in new city or country, I would prefer to go to new cities and countries , for developed cities or countries can provide me more chance to succeed, and we can experience another kind of life there and after all, we can still keep in touch with our friends due to the development of modern communication tools.

我觉得完全可以的~~因为toefl考试要求是说主要体现语言表现力 而非思维能力，那么能写出具有思辨力的文章语言水平应该不会差的。所以我觉得按照issue来写是完全没有问题的！
