第一空不应该选A吗，绿色部分应该跟红色部分正好相反，所以第一空为了配合前面的absence of 就应该填写一个“稳定的气候”来与前面红色部分的稳定气候致使物种多样性。但是答案为什么选B呢？但是看后面的第二空，如果我选了A，那第二空选E好像也就不对了：稳定的气候条件使得物种不容易灭绝。这样就跟前面红色的又对应了，所以不对。而选B的话第二空就可以解释，但是第一空却好像不对。所以很奇怪，希望高手帮我解释下。

我试着解释一下你的第一个问题吧。

这个填空的意思大概是，法律变严格，增加了失主要索回物品必须承担举证责任的负担。所以最后一格应该是说，这个法律修作出了统一的”限制“，而不是”增强",原告是变得更不利了。

译：这个法案，把"reclamation（拿回东西）“的bureden，place在了plaintiff（原告）身上。

所以原告不利。
