Do  you agree or disagree with the following statement?Physical exercises is much more important for the old than the young.

     Physical exercise truly plays an important role in our daily life for both young and old. It is necessary for us to do that for the reason that it must be an effective way to keep fit. In my opinion, it is equally important for both elder people and youngster to take physical execises.
     Admittedly, exercises play an vital role in the the elder people's plan to keep healthy. It is natural for us to see the scene of the park in the city filled with elder people in the morning, dancing, running or conducting all other various exercising activities. Through the constant exercises, the elder people can not only keep their constitution on a comparatively ideal level but also form their confidence to live longer, in other words, physical exercises will ensure the old's physical and mental health. Besides that, as for the elder people, they are often confused about whether their ways of taking exercises can truly keep them healthy or indeed cure their chronical disease while communication whith other offers them an opportunity to exchange the experience of it with others.That is, the old can learn how to exercise as well as what to eat, which would significantly help them a lot.
    Apparently, it is extremely important for the elder people to do physical exercises from the above statement. However, it doesn't indicate that there is no need for us to do that till we get elder. In fact, doing exercises is equally essential for the young.Serious diseases, including high-pressure,heart attack etc, which are common for the old now bother the young more frequently.It is truly pathetic for us to see them taking lots of pills everyday and be worried about their health condition in the future. Meanwhile, what we should question is that what cause more and more young people to suffer these diseases. Definitely, lacking physical exercises ranks the first. Working for eight hours a day or more undoubtedly stick us on the chair for a long time, which gives us what we desire as well as what we are afraid of. Keeping one posture for a long time is detrimental to our circular system and thereby influence the function of other organs in our body. In addition, concentrating on work keep us in a highly-nervousness status, which enables us to undertake the stress that does harm to our mental health. As you can see, if the young can't take exercises to promote their body constitutions and release their stress, there is no doubt that they would get sick. Therefore, taking exercises now is essential for the young.
    It is not willing for us to see someone who is not able to take exercises when they are old due to his neglect of taking exercises when they are young. Thus, it is equally vital for both young and old to take exercises.
