听写的单词辨析问题

can somebody tell me how to distinguish the words below?
"they're", "they'l"l, "there're", "we're", "we'll",
and some small word, just like: it, of, that .and

sometimes, "the" and "they", also i can't distinguish them.

看看大家有没有同感，同时希望高手指点。
听写的时候，在听的时候，能听到一串音，但是每个音节不是很清楚。
但是等到要写的时候就忘记了。
发现对于音总是记不住。
