。个人觉得since后面应该露打了个1988，我也开始选的C，logic的题目应该就事说事，文中没提到anytime later than 1988,所以我觉得since后面应该跟个时间，就正确答案来看是1988~~

83-88都是效率提高 从那以后就没提升了 所以是since88
83到88 国产效率提高 但还是比进口低 而88年以后国产也没提高了
即使如此 88年以后 国产的效率和进口效率的差距还是持续地降低了
合理的解释就是国产没进没退 进口的退步 差距就减小了


下面的题目问的是strengthen 而A恰恰是weaken了~
比如原来全国1万台电脑 50人装正版
但现在全国100万台电脑 100人装正版 你能说是有电脑而用盗版的人少了吗~
而保证现在全国还是1万台电脑 100人装正版 就肯定能得出这个结论~
