Do you agree or disagree with the followingstatement? For future career success, is relate well to other people moreimportant than studying hard at school?

In my opinion, I would rather agree thatrelate well to other people more important than studying hard at school. As weknew, there are several elements to determine the future career success,remarkably GPA, excellent internship, networking, and so on. The networking andstudying hard at school are only small parts of factors, which are crucial foryour career success, but I consider that networking is more significant foryour success by the following reasons.

At the beginning, I want to ask you aquestion: which one do you prefer to work with, a man only know how to studyhard and work hard or a man can well communicate with clients or customers andhas strong networking to achieve task of company? Anyway I prefer the laterone, you know why? Due to career success is not just homework or assignment, whichare issued by the school. Although studying hard at school is also important,networking is more major for your career success. Relating well to other peoplecan solve a large amount of problems in your career, you can get the assistantfrom other people when you meet obstacles on your job. Discussing with otherworkmates when you are doing some tough task will accelerate the process at theassignment. If you just know study hard or work hard by yourself wherever youwere, you can't achieve a big object.


Second, Relating well to other people canaddress our career goal or career direction in time. Chatting with other peopleand realizing their career background are also fortunes in our career, becausewe can locate our position and modify our direction about own career, all ofthese will do well on our career. Sharing the experience with other people mayanswer the two puzzles, which we meet frequently on our career, whetherdirection and method on our career are correct and accurate. We can alwayschange into rational way by relating well to other people.

At last, networking can enrich our life. Wecan have a lot of friends by relating well to other people, as a result, We canhave dinner with them after work or do some exercises on the weekends. You mayask: what career success will benefit from these activities? It is obvious thatwe can meet some new people who are success or bellwether on their own job,therefore we can learn some pivotal characteristics from these elites. In otherwords, career success favors these activities.

Taking into account all these factors, wemay safely draw the conclusion that as a factor of career success, relatingwell to other people is more important than studying hard at school, althoughboth of them have their own advantages.
