The Argus Cybersecurity Lab at Department of Computing and Information Sciences (CIS) of Kansas State University is seeking incoming PhD students for fall 2012. Interestedstudents shall apply through the CIS department:  http://www.cis.ksu.edu/phd The Argus Lab has world-renowned research program in enterprise network security defense, supported by substantial competitive extramural funding from both federal agencies and private sector. Our research not only generates peer-reviewed publications in highly prestigious venues, but also produces numerous practical tools widely used by both the research community and industry and governments. Argus students often find invaluable opportunities of industrial experience such as collaborative research and summer internships with prestigious companies. 这个主要看方向的接近程度了。我建议你问问老师或者直接申请，当然对科研的兴趣也是很重要的
