2日 110304NA Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? The most important problems affecting our society today could be solved within our lifetime.

In this day and ages-好东西啊, technology is progressing by leaps and bounds in a multitude of arenas. Unfortunately, companied with are large amount of significant problems, which are booming at a staggering rate and have a profound impact on our society. Such consequences may include the crime, water scarcity, and so forth. –好开头哇，一开始就点题对我来说好难，因为有的时候我会在写的时候想到观点 所以不敢这样写With the problems realized, the issue of feasible solutions has been thrown into sharp relief. People remained divided over whether vital problems are promised to solve during the time of our own generation. Personally, I tend to agree with the statement that it is hard to deal with the crucial problems relate to our society during our life time.

Firstly, what is worth noticing is the arising of crime, which hovers a high level and disturbs our lives for a long time. Carrying up the reasons that induce the incidence of crime, people may simply contribute to expression of economy or unbalanced social distributing. It seems to be solved fast if only the government adopt effective methods to stimulate economy. However, it is the drawback of human being that is the essential cause of crime. So inveterate as the bad property of humans is that we can not-cannot不分开 eliminate the occurrence of crime. Consider an old story saying that people who live in a flourish area can totally make a living by working. That means they could unnecessarily worry about foods and clothes. However, some of them shown off their wealthy to relative needy people, that triggered a series of stealing and robbing-robbing. –楼主，我觉得你还有一大优势就是有好多例子啊，你的文章我都看了，里面插着这样那样的例子，这都怎么来的哇。。。For this reason, no matter how express or prosperous are the nations, the appearance of crime cannot be inhibited during our life time, as you can not readily remodel potential negative characters of the man.

Secondly, with respect to water scarcity, it is also a hard mission to accomplish within our life time. To begin with, there are no substitutions to replace water, which play a pivotal role in our life. Common sense telling us within a relative long time, such as hundreds of years, we virtually cannot dig out effective substitutions. Further more, we can not decrease the total consuming of limited water resource. Admittedly, if every person pay attention to save some water in daily life, the problem of water scarcity can be relieved. However, it is little indication that the whole depletion of water would be cut down because of the increasing population. Coincidently, a recent prediction purposed by Professor Frank of Social Department of the United Nations asserts that the population of the world would increase by a rate of two percent every year.—还有权威数据也看你用过两次了。。。要学习之。。。 Common sense telling us that a tiny rise rate of population would conduce to a large amount of water using. In this sense, we cannot discover the alternative things or effective measure to solve the water scarcity within our lifetime.

Facing with the truth discussed before, actually, it is unreasonable for people to insist the statement that we can solve the significant problems during our life time. On the contrary, I would stand with the opinion that it is hopeless—会不会太绝对了啊？
for people to provide solution to eliminate the disturbed problems within our life time.
