我觉得 题目说得是 治疗任务的随机分配 要和 去劝说病人同意试验的困难 要相协调reconciled with，因为病人是否统一加入试验也是随机的...很明显，两个方面是没有 相关联的associated with，即随机分配不会影响到劝说病人的困难。
