八句心灵启示:
1. As a result of authenticity, they were willing to let go of who they thought they should be in order to be who they were.
2. They fully embraced vulnerability. They believed that what made them vulnerable made them beautiful. They didn't talk about vulnerability being comfortable nor did they talk about it being excrutiating.

4. Make everything that's uncertain certain. Just certain.
5. The more afraid we are, the more vulnerable we are, the more afraid we are.
