37 Major policy decisions should always be left to politicians and other government experts, who are more informed and thus have better judgment and perspective that do members of the general public.


Does major policy decisions should always be left to politician and other government experts? Some believe that it is wisdom to do that, others insist that it is not always to leave the policy to the politicians and other government experts. To my perspective, I insist that because in some certain field the politicians and others experts are more informed and better judgment than the general public, the decisions should  be decided by the governors.

It is not denied that the politicians and other experts are more informed and have better and perspective that do members of the general public in some certain field, such as political policy, economy policy, diplomat policy and so forth. Take the political policy as an example. The political policy which make a large scale guidance for the nation, if is not paramount, is a very important and necessary lines for the long run development of the nation. The politicians and other experts are very informed about the details of the policy and deeply know which is the most important point and which is not. They can stand at a high perspective angle to observe the events but the general, generally speaking, does not. The general pubic usually granted into account the events at a very narrow way. So, the decisions made by the politicians and other experts are usually more accurately and more accountable for the trends of the development of the nation.

When coming into the field of economy, it is more convincing that the decisions should be made by the politicians and other experts. The stock market in China is a good case in that point which can illustrate that governors deciding the economy policies is often wisdom. As is known to everyone of us, the stock market is very precarious and unpredicted by us. So the general public often in most cases does not deeply recognize the essence of the rapid changing events, they generally stop at the superficial aspects of the events and not deeply look into the inner aspects of the evens. The politicians and other experts can through the carious topsoil and grasp the essence of development of things. Therefore, from the example, we can find out that the politicians and other experts are more apt to make the policy which to some extent determinates the direction of the society.

Admittedly, even though the politicians and other experts are more informed than the general public in some field, we should not neglect a fact that the politicians are the relegates of the general public. Due to this very cause, the politicians should take into account the opinions of the general mass. Any politician makes a decision which runs contrary to the opinions of the general public will inevitably lead to a instable position.  A effective leader is one who can make a decision that not only accords to the opinions of the general mass, but the long run development of the whole nation.

In the final analysis, the decisions made by the politicians and other experts is wisdom, because their informative and perspective knowledge. So I strongly agree with that claim.
