There may be other reasons responsible for the decline of the business. If the commodities of the shops are out of date, the business is sure to come down; if the surroundings of Central Plata are areas that have lost attraction to the customers, it will also influence the shops in this district.
On the other hand, the owner thinks the increase of litter and vandalism is also due to the increasing number of the skateboarders, which are also in need of test. Several possible causes have to be raised. First, it is not identified that the litter and vandalism are thrown by the skateboarder; they may be left by anyone who has come to the plata. Second, even if the increase of litter and vandalism is contributed to the skateboarders, it may caused by the insufficient dustbins in the area. All in all, without enough proof that it is the skateboarders who are responsible for the decrease of the business and the increase of the litter and vandalism, we cannot accept the owner’s recommendation. And we have other more reasonable choices to solve these problems without prohibiting the skateboarding. Only when we consider twice should we make our choice.
