Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? People are now easier to become educated than in the past?

Obviously, with the development of our society there are more and more chances and resource of education open to the public. All the people have the equal right to get them. The increasing number of schools no matter elementary schools or high schools or universities demonstrates that people are now easier to become educated than in the past.

To set priority, we can’t ignore our era that is called information era in which all of us are exposed to the proliferation of information. People can easily get to the mass media such as newspaper\television\internet and so on. Through these conventional and unconventional ways people can get a lot of information including the knowledge. As we all know, nowadays people from everywhere of the world can enjoy the top lectures by such as Harvard online classes and TED lectures which are already open to the public.

In addition, after a long fight in the history, the right to education became one of the basic rights. It’s not the special right to some class of people anymore. And with the development of the economy, that right can certainly be well protected. Even in the remote poor places, there are the hope primary schools which are constructed by government or non-government organizations. However the policy of the education still need to be stepped up.

From another perspective, as the number of educated people is increasing, there will be more people to be educated. There is no doubt that educated parents will surely send their children to schools or even they can educate their children by themselves that is also a way to become educated.

In this very different generation, there are thousands of ways to become educated. We can learn in school, we can learn at home, we can go to museums, we can go to galleries, we can have lessons online and even we can read a set of encyclopaedia on our ipad. All these ways make it easier to become educated.

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement:  patience is usually not a good thing, we should take action at once.

As it is known to all, intellectual giant, a dwarf in action. Nowadays, execution has become more and more important. Most people who are intellectual giant seem to show patient to everything, and don’t take action at once. They are used to lag. Then they will lose their time, passion and chance, which can lead to success. Nevertheless, we also need patience. It’s horrible to take action at once without any consideration.

To begin with, too much patience will consume our passion. Many people surely experience the moment that when a good idea occurs, we feel too excited to wait to do it. But if you lay it aside for a very long time, you will feel that idea seems to fade. Thinking a lot and never do, then you will find it’s hard to have enthusiasm for anything. The reason why the slogan: ”Just do it” became so popular is that it arouses our inner need, we should take action at once.

In addition, as the old adage goes, time and tide wait for no man. In this generation the world is changing from second to second, chance may slip away swiftly during the time of consideration. If you lose the chance, you will lose. Just like the prevalent “elevator pitch theory” in the field of business, you only have 30seconds to clarify your idea. Can you seize an opportunity in such a short time? Also in fashion, as we know, one day you are in, the next day you are out. Chance sometimes means a lot to success. It will not wait for you to hesitate.

However patience is also important especially in making a big decision. As a Chinese saying goes," Look before you leap.” Can you imagine people planning their all life without any consideration? That might look like chickens without heads. Taking action at once blindly is stupid and it can also keep you away from success.

So we need action, and we also need patience. We can’t ignore either of them when make a decision. However don’t let the patience kill your passion, deprive the your chance, and don’t let the action blind your eyes. There is definitely a balance between the two things.
