It is universally accepted that how to improve performance becomes an ever-increasing issue for most companies. Some may argue that investment on employee's skill(加an) should be primary consideration for business executives. However, from my perspectives, some other elements, such as a good welfare and well-developed competitive system are much more important.
Indeed, the success of a company cannot depart from improving skills of its employees, because it is the employees who work on specific tasks and affairs to accomplish the daily operation of a company. In this case, their skills can determine the company's performance. Thus, many current companies provide their employees tutoring(总感觉这个词更像是辅导、小班授课那种意思……) (to)improve their skills and technique. However, tutoring and other actions to improve the skills of their employees cannot solve their problem radically. After all, they are the external forces, and whether employees can have advances depends on themselves to a larger extent.
I believe some other factors, such as offering superior job benefits and setting up an incentive mechanism would be more effective.
First of all, superior job benefits including higher salaries and various staff welfare will surely attract more brilliant candidates. For example, Google, a world-wide searching engine company, is known for its competitive salaries and enviable employee benefits. According to a survey made by PayScale, Google’s employees are paid 23% more than others who are engaged in the same work in other companies. Besides it also offers its staff free nutrient food, variety(various) kinds of games and professional massage service. As a result, Google attracts numerous brilliant employees every year from famous universities like MIT, Stanford and so on, and its performance and market share are out-of-standing. So, comparing with investment on improving its employees' skills, why do not the companies put money into appealing highly-skilled employees?
After from(apart from?) the salaries and welfare, it is also very important that creating an incentive mechanism and positive enterprise culture so that the employees will be incented to work hard in order to keep pace with others. For example, if employee's salaries and rewards are based on their daily performance, most individuals will try to finish things quicker and better and learn from others in different ways. Besides, a company which keeps conveying positive culture and atmosphere will surely own(acquire更合适一些) positive response. So, comparing with just investment in their skills, this let’s(?) employee(加复数?) to enhance themselves automatically.
Taking all my reasoning into consideration, I clearly notice that the kind of investment the statement supports should not be the first and foremost concern of a company owner. We should use more aggressive(这个词好像言重了) and ambitious employees and instruct them to improve skills on their own.
总结:整体思路非常清晰,有些短语用词非常好~单复数的问题还要再注意一下,有的地方感觉像是为了用某个词而用之……
