关于NUS纸推资料

刚刚complete online application，着手准备纸推，发现有几点不太明白
1.关于finanical statement需要吗？我申请的是PhD,是NUS research scholarship，这样还需那个财产证明吗。
2关于Overseas Interview Form，已参加过电话面试还需要填写面试地址吗
3.关于application form的打印，有什么要求吗
4.Passport的copy纸推时就要寄吗，因为小米给我发邮件时有提到passport
希望有准备过的各位大神们多多指教，不胜感激:)

寄材料时候需要的一个form，应该是包括你网申里面的各种信息的。。。

看到了网申系统里需要上传的文档里有这个“Application Form”,纸推的cheaklist也有这个“Application Form”,这个表需要自己制作么？

在官网上的一个pdf文档里看到了这样一段话“Please note that you will be required to print the completed summary page of your online application”，我觉得这个“Application Form”应该指的是这个吧……

1、申请PhD的时候记得勾选奖学金那个选项，这样就不需要财产证明了
2、我觉得还是寄出去吧，反正也不麻烦的
3、没什么特别要求，直接在online application 那个页面里点击print就好了
4、passport复印一份，和其他材料一起寄出去吧，这个还是需要的

其他的材料就按照checklist上的准备就OK啦，good luck~
