not really, both students from China and EU are considered as international students, EU students has no privilege at all

要不要考EPT和TPT一般会在学院决定考试半个月的时候突然告诉你的，一般就是北京，上海。既然知道难逃考试就早点准备吧。教授感觉没有拒绝你就很好了啊，很有希望啊。在国外的话，貌似有去坡国考的，好像在坡国总有考试?不知道啊。但是去那边好像出结果快点啊。
