The University now has a formal procedure for application. That means that while I may be willing to accept you as my supervisee, the University has a central admission policy. You would need to take TOEFL and GRE.

不知道，貌似那个考试你需要问一下老师，他如果要你的话会告诉你这些的····

1. NTU prof can not decide whether to offer you or not, the decision is made by the admission comittee.
2. You need to submit the application via NTU online app system, and they will inform you to sit for NTU EPT&TPT as replacement of GRE&TOEFL provided that you have excellent academic background.
3. This prof means he is willing to accept you as his PhD student after you are successfully accepted into PhD programme.

我已经申请了的我一月考雅思 NTU不承认雅思？ GRE我来不及考了我人在韩国想问问怎么考TPT？
NTU的教授没有权利吗？我之前又看到有人没有GT也录取的

那两个语言考试，实验室老师不清楚的，你要问小蜜的，听说是你提交完材料以后，然后小蜜会通知你去考试的，如果你没有语言成绩

IELTS is acceptable also, They will inform you via email about the arrangement of TPT/EPT.
