请教一个问题

Conditions:       
Your acceptance is contingent upon successful completion of your B.ENG. degree at Tianjin University with satisfactory grades (At least 80%). You must provide a final official transcript and diploma (in English or French). These documents must be sent directly from the institution to Concordia University's Graduate Admissions Application Centre (P.O. Box 2002, Montreal, QC, H3G 2V4), and must be received prior to the commencement of your studies at Concordia.

AD里说的这个condition ：  satisfactory grades (at least 80%) 是不是总成绩必须要到80% 啊， 如果这样的话后面的毕设得要95分啊，很难做到。

问了一些申请的朋友，还有中介机构，都说不要紧，只要不比以前低就行了，不知道具体是怎么回事。


求各位高人解答

要不argue一下就说你之前太低 看看能不能卡后两年GPA上80吧

对，研院是没卡，承认了。咨询的中介，说是只要不比原来低就行，但是心里感觉还是有点不踏实
