1.2019年7月intake的full time EBAC改为一年制，是否是完成两个学期即可毕业？合计学费最高不到2.2W新币？
2.我是2018年经济学应届毕业生，目前在金融行业全职工作，除统计软件（如Stata）外没有编程基础或相关从业经验，请问可以申请吗……？

Thanks for considering the EBAC program. Please see our replies below.

1. Yes, it will be 1 year including internship. So, the program will be more intensive than before. S$22K is the fee for Singaporean. This fee has 70% of Singapore government funding. International students will not be able to enjoy the funding from the Singapore government. They will need to pay full fee. The fee has yet to be finalized. When it's ready, we will announce here.

2. Yes, you can apply. In the EBAC, you will need to learn R and Python in the program. It's important to do well on the entrance test and interview for you

I am looking forward to applying the July 19full EBAC program, but I've seen that "Proficiency in the English Language (written and spoken)*" in the pre-requisites. So I wonder if there is any sub-score requirements in my IELTS test. And now my grade is 6,5(L7.5 S5.5 W6 R7.5), is this ok?
