咦，这个long-standing不是修饰G的作品的特点吗？那么C就是说，G作品一直(long-standing)有揉合两种风格的倾向；而in hibernation是说这种做法在整个音乐界怎么怎么样。这俩者不搭调啊

OG上给出的解释是“since G's style has always mixes elements of rock with classical elements"，我觉得long-standing应该是和这个always的意思是一样的。可文中指提到了他在两部作品融入了摇滚元素，没体现出他经常这样做哎。或者是我的思路哪里有问题？

这不就是 in hibernation的改写吗？
我没看出来这里那里有always的意思

你和我对long standing理解的上下文有些不同，把C选项代入题中就是这样一句话，G's work displays a long-standing tendency to ...，让人感觉是在讲G经常这样做……

你和我对long standing理解的上下文有些不同，把C选项代入题中就是这样一句话，G's work displays a long-standing tendency to ...，让人感觉是在讲G经常这样做……
