I take the pleasure in informing you of your successful application for admission with financial assistance plus full research fee subsidy to:
                                               Doctor of Philosophy  
in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering for August 2013 Intake (commencing 5 August 2013).
Please note that you are assigned to the research areas of Microelectronics.   Upon matriculation, you will have the opportunity to meet up with faculty members and discuss your research project before pairing up with a supervisor(s) in an arrangement that is mutually agreed upon.

This offer is provisional and is subject to you submitting the original or certified true copies of your B. Eng transcripts and certificate and GRE score sheet. The original documents should be mailed to us.
Your offer letter with full details of this admission will be in the postal mail by mid-April 2013.
We appreciate a reply as to whether you accept or not accept the offer by 30 March 2013 .
