OFFER, Mechnical Engineering, NUS 2013 August Intake

昨天下午收到了，NUS Mechnical Engineering 的OFFER，是research scholarship。邮件如下
Dear XX，
Congratulations!
We take the pleasure in informing you of your successful application for admission with financial assistance plus full tuition fee subsidy to the:
Doctor of Philosophy            Full-time programme   
in the Department of Mechanical Engineering for August 2013 Intake (commencing 5 August 2013).

Your Supervisor will be XXXX.  Kindly consult him on your research topic as soon as possible.

This offer is conditional to you providing the following outstanding documents:
Original/certified copy of Bachelor’s degree 7th (scan and email to me ASAP)
            and 8th semesters’ transcript and graduation certificate (when you have them)


We appreciate a reply as to whether you accept or not accept the offer by 1 April 2013.

Your offer package with full details of this admission will be in the postal mail in May 2013.

楼主目前还收到了UW seattle的ms录取，无奖，导师要自己联系，我还没联系。这个AD 4.15之前回复
因为NUS这边的导师我比较喜欢，MIT phd 毕业，又有在Boeing十几年的工作经验。NUS 4.1之前回复
楼主有点纠结，原因是我心里或多或少还有那么些美国情结。需要说明的是，楼主是想一心搞学术的。
还请坛子里的各位同学提一些中肯建议。

楼主是西工大的。个人认为GRE的所谓的那个线是expected 而非required 所以影响不大
