正文：

To the question of "whether we can usually learn more from people whose views we share or whose views contradict our own",the answers appear to fall into two contradict categories of more can be drawn from people holding ideas that are akin to ours and more can be learned from people who is different with us in opinions.There is no escaping the fact that you may feel good in point of talking to another person that is like yourself,being repleted with agreement and happiness.So what?Do you bear in mind of what have you gain from the conversation occured besides saying and listening to "yes".In this respect,however,I embrace the claims of the latter.

In the first place,anyone can not deny the exsistence of faults in their views that is widely accepted by individuals.Should we try to attempt to revise then upgrading our ideas or just let them be?The former is a rational choose.The only way to primarily find out your faults and then to correct them os to make a comparison between thoughts holded bydifferent persons.As a undergraduate student,I sometimes receive
tasks of solving a problem of mathematics.During the time of caculating,the complexity of problem madeit necessary to begin with discussion among workmates.After a peroid of time, some problem that seem strange arise,in a sense,inevitably problems of same errors made by our whole groups.These  problems are so common in the groups formed by similarity and unity of interest,ideas and thoughts that are shared by group members that our group isn't free from it,either.Just due to the similar way of our partners solving problem,it necessarily leads to error without being seen which on the contrast increasing the importance
of strthening the diversity of members with different views,aspects and backgrounds.One has to get through a process of correcting own views by valuing a variety of competing points of views,rather than keep saying"yes"among similar persons with similar ideas which sounds like cheating yourself.

In the second place, contradicing views may provide us with alternative prospectives to problems,which is key in multicultural world .Take course of liberal arts,for instance,The qualified teachers of professors who are responsible for the quality of teaching course of this kind are more apt to encourage students attending the class to express,whatever, their ideas that sounds always different among different people.While some may pay more attention to holistic affair, others would hold tighly in their hands specific details.They are all right for the difference in way of looking into matters and diversity of answers.What a clever man will do is to  assimilate essence in other's thoughts and join that into his own thoughts reserve rather than reject them. In a multicultural world, something like US that serves as a terrific example in point ,it is our young persons' obligation to enlarge scope of knowlege, to tolerate diffrernt ideas,and in further step, to look into matters with different perspectives that results from contradicting views.

So from what has been discussed above,we  are easily able to draw out a picture of learning more from people whose views contradict yours.On the contrast, people who share your views will contribute nothing except valueless agreement to your views.In order to learn more new things, it is in our best interests to favor disagreement that is contained in contradicting views,rejecting agreement,meantime,from a similar voice.

首先，我想说的是里面有很多的拼写错误，语法错误也很多，所以还是希望写完后自己先修改一下。还有

就是发帖子的时候注意格式，像你的这篇最后与下一行都断了，不好阅读阿！！

文章好像故意用长句，可是错误很多，至少是在语法上面的
