could not maintain 和without any alteration在同一个主句里有双重否定的意思,有些含义混淆。可否这样改:
any facts could not maintain in their former situation intact
我的原意本来想说“形容词可以后置作为状语或者是作为非限制型定语从句(相当于)来修饰宾语”,因为我对这种结构有印象,刚才特意翻了语法书:),例句如下:
1、She emerged from the conflict victorious.在这里形容词用作状语。
2、I found Jim,unconscious,a few hours later.
不过用make it possible举例是不当的:)
