根据4.27G中说出现feminist topic的reading 总结的经验，求大家一起讨论

刚才看了今天的回忆贴，有G友表示遇到了36套Section25中那个关于feminist topic的长阅读，于是有感而发，重新看了下那篇文章，做了个analysis. 在下方，供各位G友交流，especially who gonna fight for the imminent 5.4G
P1: mechanization of work greatly influence the people using these new machine and people’s life in society(the traditional idea). Details: example of women’s status change between the public sphere and the domestic space. Using two ideas of scholars, Simon and Engels, which concerning different aspects notwithstanding, agreeing with the mechanization indeed transform the female’s life.

P2: Historians now question the assumption given in the above. Details: the application of new machine do not result in social changes in female’ economic position or evaluation of women’s work. Furthermore, extend the evidence to the case of young women, a separation of jobs to the female.

P3: Admittedly, confirm that there exist changes in women’s work since the Industrial Revolution, However, on a fundamental angle, condition of women’s work has got significant change since the Industrial Revolution. Details: segregation caused by gender, lower pay as discrimination, jobs of little skills. Therefore, the recent historical research refute the conventional idea that mechanization great transformed the traditional position of women.

这篇长阅读的题材是工业化和机器大生产时代的到来与女性解放的关系。
从结构上来说，是典型的traditional idea VS recent idea, 首先提出traditional idea, 然后counter the traditional idea with a recent idea. 在结尾时，再次对traditional idea让了一次步，但是肯定了recent idea的fundamental 地位，因此文章总体上是recent idea驳斥traditional idea, 最后recent idea is more tenable.
除此，结合GRE阅读剖析那本书中提到的，在women suffrage上提到的注意点，从这篇文章中深刻地同意这个观点，即：检验女权是否得到实质性的解放是看女性的经济地位，直接的指标就是工资，找工作时的性别歧视。虽然女性在家庭的地位可以说明她们的地位改变，但是这个不是主要的。
