Dear Applicants of Colgate University,

- K. X- S' a* x! RMy name is Hao Yin. I am a first year student and an admission ambasador in Colgate University. In order to provide you more information and resources about Colgate University and application procedure, I would like to invite you to join our admission information session in Beijing next Janurary.

The content of this information session will include admission and academic information about Colgate. Current students will share their unique Colgate experience and perspectives, both in academic and social life, with you. Frank Yang of Class 2005 will join me in this session, we are now trying to contact other Colgate students or alumni in Beijing and hope to invite them to this event as well.

The attendence of this session is pure informational and not required for application. Not attending this event will not hurt your chance of admission, but I strongly encourage perspective students in north China to come, if you are able to come.

Meanwhile, same kind of information session will be held in Shanghai as well in late December, yet location and time have not been fully confirmed. Frank Yang, class of 2005, will be Colgate representative in Shanghai.  If you are an applicant residing in eastern China, and wish to join this event, please reply me with your personal information and contact methods to me. I will forward you the latest update about the Colgate Info Session in Shanghai as soon as possible.

The date of this event is Jan 3th, 3.00 p.m to 5.00 p.m

( {. y6 S% w# IIf you wish to join this event, please fill the form below, send it back to me (hyin@mail.colgate.edu OR juliansyin@sina.com) before December 22nd, and print out this email as an invitation letter. Because of the limited space, you need to make a reservation in advance, and for security reasons, you may need to present your ID card upon your entrance to the location of information session. We can not guarantee your entrance to the location either you have not registered for it or fail to present proper ID.
