求助 收到shortlist邮件，但状态没有变成shortlist

今年申请PHD CBC。
4月底收到shortlist的邮件，但申请状态没有变成shortlist，而一直是uc。
这是当时的邮件
Hi students

You have passed our first evaluation and a decision will be made soon for your shortlisting.

Please let us know if you are still interested to study in NTU in the event if you are being offered.

We would appreciate your reply by tomorrow, 26 April 2013 by 12.00noon.

We deem that you are no longer interested in your NTU application should we not hear from you by the stipulated deadline.

Looking forward to hear from you soon.

现在，和我一起收到邮件的人都已经变态并且接受了offer。
只有我和另一个女孩子还是UC。还有一个女孩被拒。
偏方也查不到。我们还要不要等下去？也没有rejection。现在不知道是什么情况，
希望有经验的人可以帮我们分析一下。
