itle: Opening for PhD students at City University of Hong Kong
We are now having opening for PhD students from a variety of backgrounds (mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, chemistry, biology). Candidates with cell culture, nanotechnology, or microfabrication will be highly preferred.
本课题组主力发展了高分子微球与磁微球与微流芯片的可视量化检测。早期我们利用核酸连接微球导致溶液中米氏散射的可视化变化(Analyst, 2015)。为了进一步地放大讯号,本团队运用纳米金粒强化微球连结,成功将核酸检测提升到aM等级(ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, 2015, 中科院一区)。更重要的是,为了突破以往对光吸收谱的依赖,本团队发展了毛细驱动的微流芯片以驱定微球形成可视量化条带(Lab on a Chip, 2017, 中科院一区)。后续,结合脱氧核酶的使用,此新型芯片实现了视觉量化自来水中铅离子(ACS Sensor,2020, 中科院一区)。最近,本团队利用微球坝的平台成功实现了视觉量化新冠病毒结合抗体的微芯片,且已在国际一流期刊发表,为本中和抗体的检验奠定基础(Science Advances, 2022, 中科院一区)。相关论文如下:
