i read an article said even now in USA, one out of every five HIV infector was infected by blood transfusion. US are trying to control the blood infection of HIV, but it will be so difficult to control and detect the source of the blood.

until now, china has not any protection and control of HIV infected blood in hospitals.

after 10 or 20 years from now, it may be very danger to have an operation in china.  you never know the blood injected in your body is clean or not
