1. Eliminate all spelling, punctuation, and grammatical errors.

2. Use action verbs and strong adjectives

3. Don’t use the first person I or any pronouns.

    不要使用任何第一人称和代词

4. Avoid self-flattering terms such as "highly skilled, outstanding, or excellent."

     Describe your accomplishments effectively and let readers decide for themselves that you are

     well-qualified.

     避免使用自夸的词语，比如 "outstanding, excellent"，用亊实和数据说话，你的读者会自行判断的

5. Stick to 1 page; use 2 pages if you have an advanced degree or extensive experience (10+years)

    尽量控制在一页; 如果你有更高的学历戒10年以上的工作/研究经历，那用2页也无妨

6. Show not only that you completed tasks but that you contributed to organizational goals.

    从这一条我们可以看出，简历并非是简单罗列亊实，而要注意展示给读者看你的能力

7. Cite numbers to convey size and/or scale of project, budget, and staff supervised.
