【摘要】大学生就业问题是我国现阶段最重要的问题之一，随着经济全球化，当前就业市场呈现新的特点，80、90后的大学毕业生也表现出不同的就业心理和就业行为，为了比较好的解决大学生就业问题，我们应该多方面、多层次、多角度做好就业指导工作，从国家、社会、高校、家庭、大学生本人等方面通力合作思考大学生就业问题，寻找解决问题的策略和途径。从社会大环境提供机会和大学生个人修炼好“内功”两大方面做到“知己知彼”，不断提升就业指导工作。

Thinking about the Working Strategies of Employment Guidance for Undergraduate Students Under Current Employment Market
Abstract:The problem of College students’ job-hunting is one of the most important issues of our country now. With the development of economic globalization, new characteristics are shown in current employment market, such as the different pre-employment psychologies and behavior revealed by students of the generation of 80s and 90s.To solve the problem properly, we need to do well in employment guidance in multi-aspects,multi-levels and as well as multi-perspectives.The nation,the society,the family and the students themselves should cooperate whole heartedly to find the solutions and strategies of the problems. The last but not least, we are supposed to grasp the chances provided by the society and promote the graduates’ ability, so that we can achieve what we call Know yourself as well as the enemy,which will greatly contributes to promoting the employment guidance.
