先报下我的背景，双非，雅思7，师范院校英语专业，写作小分悲催，其余都达到这个专业要求了，专八，，5年工作经验，

我貌似是12月27日申请的，然后1月13日通知面试，15日就得面
面试时间：1月15日下午2点10分，教授提前了十分钟打过来的，发现现在面试都是提前打，所以大家提前准备万无一失
面试内容：上午10点半的笔试，我觉得这个笔试是分为针对应届生和有工作经验的，应届生是题目1，工作经验的是题目2

1.In Hong Kong and mainland China there have been reforms of the education system, and these reforms have impacted greatly on the teaching of English. Consider some of the recent changes which have taken place in education, e.g. information technology, globalisation, new secondary school curriculum, change of assessment system, greater focus on teaching speaking, If possibly relate the changes you outline to language education and discuss the impact of such changes on the English language classroom.

2.Teaching English as a foreign language is no simple task. There are increasing demands for a greater number of proficient English speakers due to
globalization, increasing international trade, etc. Based on your own experience and knowledge consider one major challenge that you think needs to be addressed in language teaching. Use the space below to outline what the challenge is and possible ways to address this challenge.

然后20分钟写不超过300字的作文，10点48提交，我写了270字左右，当然我也是看了面经提前写的，不然逼死我都写不完。
开始说面试了，面试是Dr gail,和一个巨长名字的老师，我没听清，gail去年就有耳闻，而且好像蛮严格的，戴眼镜，不怎么笑，倒是旁边老师一直笑，问问题也是他问的多，之所以喜欢理工，我觉得ELT这种东西学点外国人的教学方法还是比较有用的，现在高科不就这么改革了吗，扯远了。
寒暄以后开始问问题，问题如下：
1、自我介绍
2、为啥选择polyU
3、你做老师学到了什么东西
4、将来打算做什么
就四个问题貌似，然后就没了，然后就问我有啥问题，我问的问题就是我想知道的，没啥学术含量
1、啥时候知道结果，他们说得几周
2、是否提供实习，男老师说没有，他们主要偏理论
ok，然后就byebye了
面试总时长好像4分50秒吧，反正好短就把我给打发了，而且我本人语速自然快，考雅思也是老是慢不下来，这样反而容易给人紧张的感觉，建议大家平时放慢语速把雅思那些词伙啥的结合自己经验多说咯。
不知道结果，有结果了再来报offer
