I will be a part-time English teacher
and I am required to teach listenning and spoken English
but the problem is there are probably 100 students in my class
how can I make the class more lively and attractive so that everyone in my class could learn something?

To tell the truth, I have no practical experience about the problem myself. While technically speaking, you might try to introduce some games, short TV shows, or interesting English stories into your class so as to make it lively and attractive. The most important thing is, always keeping it in mind who your student is!

I once had the familiar opportunity as you to be an assistant of my professor in an oral English course.

The core element that every Oral English teacher must bear in mind, in my way of thinking, is to make sure each of the members in class is participating, and be given at least one chance to speak out. It may sound difficult, for your class includes 100 students. My suggestion is that you raise some simple discussions which can certainly whet thier appetite, and then guide them to think along with you, speak along with you, by means of questioning and answering. The main purpose of doing so is to show your students entirely into every single roles of the class, or a play, so to speak ( I always consider an Oral English class as a play). You see? To be a good oral English teacher, you will have to get used to be the backbone of the class...:)

Plus, about your image in front of the class, be nice and be smiling all the time, or your students would be frightened to speak one word to you.

A play, sounds like a very good idea, I will try it then.
However, expecting 100 students all participate in the play is really chanlleging. I will try my best.

well, after my first class, I will tell you guys my experience~

you can  telll  some popular films or a part of talks  in it firstly to get  their attention and interesting .
  then  ask one or two  puips if  they follow you , put the    answer to discussion  if it is answered  and after some minutes   release the key  in chinese .
at  the  end  ,ask you students retell it  in english !
