关于cuhk的RL

我现在对cuhk的RL有点疑惑,是网推和纸推可以二选一吗?还是在网上申请系统填写完了推荐人信息后,仍然必须纸推RL,而且是密封的,是如何理解,前者还是后者?
下面是今年的notes for applicants:
Confidential recommendations (for all applicants <except HKPFS>) or Refe ree’s report (for HKPFS
applicants only) from 2 referees (not from the applicant).
(i)  Download the “Confidential Recommendation”/ “Referee’s Report” and send one to each of your
referees and request them to return the recommendations in confidence to the relevant Division as soon
as possible or not later than two weeks after the application deadline of the programme; or
(ii)    Recommend 2 referees’ information through the Online System for Applicants.

可网推可纸推
但我试过网推几天都不发邮件过来

还是推荐纸推。

二选一，学校是建议网推的，很方便
只不过中大的这个没有科大的好，如果遇到楼上的收不到邮件的情况不能自己选择再次发送邮件。不过可以联系研究生院或者小米。
