补充：3月5日魁省宣布将在4月7日提前举行大选，议会暂时解散。新移民法案能否实现需要看这次大选的最终结果，如果魁人党这次获得议会多数议席，不仅将通过新移民法案，还会重新发起魁北克独立公投。

Filing a new immigration law in Quebec

Quebec must change its method of selecting immigrants
