公司运营情况说明，大家帮我修改啊

在摩洛哥注册了一个公司，但公司手续办好了以后我就回来了。现在要去大使馆办签证，他们让我提供一个文件，说明公司的运营情况。但我的公司还没运转，所以我只能告诉他们我有公司，但还没运转。这方面的我没看过，所以也不知道怎么写，大家看看，帮我改改。谢了。

Account for Business Operation in Morocco

Dear Sir/Madam,

As you request, here is my account for my business operation in Morocco. Actually, my company doesn’t run now and will not run until my return to Casablanca. The reasons are as below:

First, my company was just set up. Its documents will show you that the latest document was launched on 10 Nov. 2003. The company documents handed in or its copies can justify that.

Second, my passport to Morocco can certify that I went to Morocco on 26 Oct. 2003 to prepare for company establishment and already left for China on 11 Nov. 2003 when I just finished my company establishment. So you'll see that the company will not run until my return to Casablanca. The copy of my passport and reference available upon request.

The above-mentioned indicates that I do have a company in your esteemed country but it doesn't run now. More details please see my materials.

Rectification: Actually , my company has been officially set up according to the law of Morocco but i then went back to China so my company will remain un-runned until my return ning to Casablanca.The details are as follows.
